In the business world, it is very rare these days to work with a company and a loan officer who promptly returned all of our calls, answered all of our questions, and made the experience very smooth and easy. The thing that amazed me was getting to talk with a live person on the other end of the telephone. The phone company does not offer this service.

I recently refinanced my home loan through New Penn Financial. Before contacting New Penn Financial I had an exceptionally unpleasant experience. However, due to the potential savings, I figured I would give it one last try with another company. My initial conversation with New Penn Financial left me with a renewed hope that this process may actually work after all. After speaking for a few minutes, I could immediately tell that my New Penn rep took my refinance request seriously and knew exactly what he was doing. Right away he began working with me to get all of my information together even going so far as to give me a list of everything I needed to get together for him to get the ball rolling and follow up with me as needed to make sure I didn’t have any questions or problems. Each and every day throughout the refinance process he would call me, as he said he would, to give me status updates on the progress of my loan and worked with me every step of the way from my initial phone call to the day of closing to ensure everything went smoothly. He followed through in a very timely manner with every request I made or question I had and kept every phone appointment that we scheduled.
From an extremely satisfied customer, I have to say that based on my previous experience, I was blown away by the level of service and professionalism that he demonstrated. I wanted to pass along my satisfaction and give my rep the kudos he deserves for treating me and my account with such respect and professionalism. I can only say that I wish my other business relationships were half as satisfying as this one has proven to be.

On 5/5, I submitted an inquiry through the internet on refinancing our mortgage. It went out to four different companies. He was the first person to call me. Actually, at the time, I was a little upset that someone called as quick as he did. But, I figured I would discuss our needs with him, just to hear some numbers.
I’m glad I did. I told him that I would like this done as soon as possible. He got on it right away, and starting emailing me forms to sign, and letting me know what info he needed from me ( paystubs, W2;s, etc). He kept us up to date with the process, and answered every question we had in a timely manner.
We closed on the loan on 6/10. Even that was easy – it took about 15 minutes. We didn’t have any questions for the Notary, because he had answered everything we asked. And if we didn’t ask, he led us through the entire process.
Your best advertisement is “word of mouth.” I will definitely be an advertiser for you.

Although we have never had an exchange of emails and/or phone calls, I feel compelled to thank New Penn for the recent help in the re-financing of our house. The pure professionalism and politeness of your staff was a pleasant surprise considering other financial institutions burden and pressure people just to get the business, with no regard to the money bind they may put on the borrowers or the long term ramifications that may happen.
At New Penn I was directed to a Senior Loan Consultant to help walk us through the step by step process of re-financing. I was literally amazed at her attention to the smallest detail of the process. She not only answered ALL my questions promptly and precisely, she did it in such a manner that was easy to understand. (in layman terms so to speak). She created 4 different proposals, grading each one from top to bottom. Showing us which one would benefit us the most but reminding us that the final decision was ours. No false hopes and/or promises were made to try to influence the deal. Just the truth, which in this day and age was refreshing. All this was done with no pressure to act immediately. Working with her was comparable to listening to a friend who only has your best interests at heart and I send a very warm "Thank You" to her for everything.
I would also like to thank anyone else that played a part, that I never got the honor of meeting.
I am also including you, for without the proper attitude and supervision none of the above would have taken place. It takes a great amount of team work and patience to close such a process so smoothly.
In closing, i will recommend, to all my family and friends, "New Penn Financial" when considering their financial needs.

This Certificate of Appreciation is presented to my New Penn Financial rep because I sincerely appreciate what he has done to help me achieve a goal that I have been working on for a very long time. That goal was to become literally "debt-free" without a lot of outstanding debts hanging over my head, and to have a good credit record.
I had talked with some other mortgage consultants face-to-face, and when they ran my credit report, they immediately told me that they could not help me with my refinancing. When I spoke with him over the phone, he ran my credit report and never said that he could not help me. He said that he would work with me and find a plan to help me out of the high-rate mortgage that I was paying.
He immediately sent me a Credit and Mortgage Action Plan. A lot of things started popping up, that I did not realize were still on my credit reports. I was really scared that I would not be able to get through with what was happening. When I was at my lowest point and was ready to give up, he encouraged me to think positive and continued to work with me. He was totally committed to making this work, and he did.
Now, with his help, all my debts are paid, and all outstanding liens and judgments (that I did not know still existed) are shown to be satisfied.
